ChUV subscriptions renew automatically on a fixed day cycle, not a calendar month: every 28 days for the One Month Supply ("Every 4 weeks") and every 56 days for the Two Month Supply ("Every 8 weeks"). The cycle is designed so your next supply arrives before your current one runs out, allowing for shipping time.
You are charged the subscription price shown at checkout on each renewal date until you cancel.
How to cancel or change your subscription
You can cancel, skip a delivery, change your next ship date or switch plans at any time from your account at cayonutra.com/account.
The 48-hour cutoff
Cancellations and changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to apply to that renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel, skip or change your subscription on time. If you do not cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal date, that renewal will be charged and shipped as scheduled, and the charge is non-refundable. Each renewal is prepared and shipped on a fixed cycle so your next jar arrives before your current one runs out, so we cannot reverse a renewal once it has been charged.
