We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping cost
Subscription orders ship free. One-time orders ship at our standard rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders leave our fulfillment facility within 1 to 2 business days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and your location.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship on your renewal date, every 28 days for the One Month Supply and every 56 days for the Two Month Supply, so your next jar arrives before your current one runs out. You can change your next ship date, skip a delivery or cancel at cayonutra.com/account, at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email support@cayonutra.com right away. Once an order has shipped we cannot redirect it.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, or it arrives damaged, email support@cayonutra.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and, for damage, a photo. See our Refund Policy for how we handle it.
